Thank you for showing interest in referring people to your organization.

Points to Remember

1. The referrer can refer an unlimited number of candidates to their organization.

2. Avakasha will review the necessary details of applicants and encourage the referrer to validate the applicant’s qualifications before proceeding further.

3. The required information will be shared with the referrer only with the applicant's consent.

4. Referrers are prohibited from requesting any monetary compensation from applicants.

5. Applicants should never agree to pay any amount, either in cash or through account transfer, to the referrer.

6. If any such request is made by the referrer, the applicant must immediately contact Avakasha and report the incident.
